We offer a cash pay only option for timely physical exams.

We do not bill insurance, but offer each for a set price.

What to expect at your physical

  • Sports Physical: Assesses a student-athlete's health for safe sports participation includes a medical history review and physical evaluation for any potential health concerns.

  • Mission Physical: Required for individuals submitting an application for an LDS mission; typically involves a urine and blood test with a thorough medical evaluation.

​

  • Senior Mission Physical: Seniors submitting an application for an LDS mission; may include more extensive medical reviews such as ECGs or investigations based on health history.

​

  • Pre-Operative Exams: Conducted prior to surgery; includes a physical exam, risk evaluation, and necessary testing, which may include lab work, ECGs, or chest X-rays as required.

  • College Exams:  Completion of examination and testing required for college entrance.

​

  • Pre-employment Exams:  Completion of examination, testing, and documentation as required by employer.

​

  • ECG: 12 lead ECG with report when indicated.

Injections

We also offer Xeomin injections for aesthetic purposes of reducing the appearance of age lines.
