Direct Primary Care membership provides longer appointments, direct communication with Dr. Cranney, and convenient access to primary care through office visits, telemedicine visits, telephone calls, and secure messaging.
Monthly Membership Rates

Enrollment Fee
A one-time enrollment fee equal to the
first month's membership is due at sign-up.
Founding members retain their founding membership rate for as long as their membership remains continuously active.

Costs Outside the Membership
Your membership covers primary care services provided by Dr. Cranney Family Medicine. Outside services—such as laboratory testing, imaging, pathology, medications, specialist care, and hospital services—may involve additional charges.
Discounted self-pay pricing is available for many laboratory and imaging services. You may also use your insurance when it is accepted by the outside provider.
Direct Communication
Dr. Cranney Family Medicine can be contacted directly by phone, text, or secure electronic communication. Messages received during regular business hours are generally answered the same business day.
Instead of navigating a telephone tree or waiting for a routine appointment, members can communicate directly with Dr. Cranney when questions or concerns arise.
