Current members of Dr Cranney Family Medicine can use this page to schedule office, video and telephone visits, lab draws, prescription refill requests and other member services.
Schedule an in-person visit with Dr. Cranney for a new medical concern, follow-up of an existing condition, medication management, or other primary care needs.
Schedule a telephone call with Dr. Cranney to discuss a medical concern or follow up on an existing issue when a video or office visit is not necessary.
Schedule a laboratory draw at the office when laboratory testing has been ordered or arranged through Dr Cranney Family Medicine.
Schedule a secure video visit with Dr. Cranney when an in-person examination is not necessary.
Video visits can be useful for follow-up care, medication questions, review of test results, and many other concerns that can be appropriately managed through telemedicine.
Current patients may use this option to request a routine prescription refill when a separate office, telephone, or video visit is not required.
Some medications or medical conditions may require follow-up before a prescription can be renewed. Dr. Cranney will let you know if an appointment or additional testing is needed.

Your Direct Primary Care Membership
Direct Primary Care members have ongoing access to Dr. Cranney for primary care through office visits and, when medically appropriate, telephone and video visits. The DPC model allows patients to work directly with their physician without billing health insurance for routine membership-based primary care.
