The DPC model is simple, an affordable monthly membership pays for all primary care services. The monthly rate is based on age, nothing else. For a few dollars a day you can experience the DPC difference. Insurance is not used or needed for this care.

Our monthly membership rate is based on age. We offer 3 tiers for individuals and have a family option as well. No hidden costs or copays.
Age 0-29 $55/mo
Age 30-59 $85/mo
Age 60+ $115/mo
Family of 4 $220/mo
Ea. add. member $39/mo
Employer sponsored pricing is also available.
Communication
Dr. Cranney can be contacted directly via phone, text or email and is available after hours by phone and on weekends for matters that cannot wait. Imagine next time you need to be speak with your doctor, you can send a quick message and start communicating rather than hoping for a timely appointment in a traditional office.
Relationship Based Care
No other doctors work with Dr. Cranney in his office at this time; we can assure you won't be handed off between doctors or seen only by assistants. Appointments are typically available either same day or next day. Visits are not rushed, your concerns will be given the attention they deserve.
Discounted Services
Additional services including laboratory tests, in-office procedures, and generic medications are available at significantly discounted prices with your membership.
Some patients use their health insurance to cover the additional cost of these services - it's up to you.
